Bio Careers® is beta testing Job Search Mentors, and any Registered Member of Bio Careers® is welcome to join the test. We will match you with a volunteer mentor with work experience in your new field who can give you a sense of perspective, discuss your qualifications and what skills and experiences you might need to add, and strategize with you on how to make your transition. Sound interesting?
You get to contact your Job Search Mentor weekly for 12 weeks during the heart of your job search. We ask that only active Job Seekers (at least 10 hours/week spent on your job search). We will also ask for your feedback at the end of the program, so that we can improve it.
